US Marketing Education (Chungnam Youth Startup Academy)
A few days ago, I gave a lecture at the Chungnam Youth Startup Academy on the topic of “US Market Entry Strategy”.
This lecture was a practical global marketing class designed to help even early-stage entrepreneurs with a fear of English directly discover US buyers and lead to exports.
Why Did I Create this Lecture?
The reason I planned this lecture is simple.
I wanted to show that even if you’re not fluent in English, you can achieve tangible results in overseas markets through systems and strategies.
Many of those who attended the lecture often give feedback like this:
“I thought global marketing was only for large corporations or successful brands.
But I gained hope that even small and medium-sized businesses like ours can do it.”
The concept of the training I conduct is to lower the barrier to entry for global expansion by understanding the process of global marketing, which can feel vague.
This Training is Conducted with a Focus on Practical Application.
This lecture was action-oriented, not theoretical.
The materials were structured based on actual US market entry cases we worked on together.
The following topics were introduced in this training:
– Practical training on discovering US buyers using Google Maps and keywords
– How to acquire a large number of buyer emails using overseas CRM tools like Apollo.io
– How to select only “customers who will actually sign contracts” through customer profiling
In particular, there are many cases where buyer qualification assessment and email marketing automation led to actual contract results.
Concluding this Lecture..
This time spent with the Chungnam Youth Startup Academy trainees was very meaningful to me.
Seeing the sincerity and passion of the entrepreneurs in the region reminded me of my own initial aspirations.
Going forward, I plan to continue providing education for small and medium-sized businesses and startups that lack infrastructure.
If your organization or company is interested in entering overseas markets but doesn’t know the specific methods?
If you’re worried because export vouchers aren’t yielding results?

P.S. After the training that day, some participants expressed satisfaction with the curriculum, so it was a very precious day where I even got to take a commemorative photo with a student.
