Hello, I’m Kim Bo-kyung, a digital marketing expert lecturer for B2B companies.

On May 27, 2025, I successfully completed the special lecture “All About Email Marketing” held at Daou Technology’s internal training center.
This lecture deeply covered everything from the basics of email marketing strategy to advanced skills, with enthusiastic participation from Daou Technology employees.

Understanding the Core and Basics of Email Marketing

This lecture re-examined the importance of email marketing, focusing on helping participants clearly understand why companies must utilize it.
We began by emphasizing that it’s not just an advertising tool, but a means to build lasting relationships with customers.

Email Design Strategies for Non-Designers

During the lecture, we provided specific examples of template customization methods and design cases to help even those without design skills easily create email content.
We made it easy to understand detailed strategies for writing email subject lines, including special characters, capitalization, and emojis, through real-world examples.

How to Build Customer Relationships with Engaging Content

Furthermore, when creating email content, we shared content planning methods and examples to not just deliver interesting information, but also to gain customer interest and trust.
We focused on how to enhance practical marketing effectiveness by emphasizing the connection between building brand trust and CRM strategies.

Email Marketing Legal Standards and Compliance Strategies

The lecture explained the legal standards that must be observed when conducting email marketing.
We provided practical and specific methods for effectively performing email marketing while thoroughly complying with legal standards.

Email Marketing Results Analysis and Improvement Methods

In the final session, we explained how to analyze email marketing results and use them to improve strategies. We covered in detail how to deeply analyze email delivery results and strategies to continuously improve marketing performance through the derived data, which was very well received by the participants.

Practice-Oriented and Lively Lecture Atmosphere

The lecture was generally practice-oriented, with a focus on real-world cases, enabling participants to immediately apply the lecture content to their work.
Thanks to the active participation and questions from the employees, the lecture was conducted in a very dynamic and lively atmosphere.
