Naver Blog Marketing Training for Foreign Company Partners (Canon Korea)
Recently, a special marketing training session was held for Canon Korea’s nationwide dealerships.
The lecture went beyond simple theoretical delivery, focusing on practical, actionable content directly applicable to real business as a partner of a foreign company. It garnered an enthusiastic response from the many dealership representatives who attended.
The core theme of the training that day was how to receive genuine inquiries through search exposure optimization.
The focus was on practical marketing strategies that directly lead to sales from a partner’s perspective, such as rental inquiries, corporate consultations, and region-based keyword strategies, rather than just operating a blog.
Blogs should No Longer be Run by Intuition, but by “Data”.
In the past, simply working “hard” on a blog yielded results, but now it’s completely different.
As algorithms change, detailed strategies are required, from keyword selection to image usage, checking for forbidden words, and IP management.
For example, the lecture used “women’s bags” as an example to explain the correlation between keyword cost-per-click and actual conversion rates. Without understanding this principle, you end up wasting unnecessarily high advertising costs.
In practice, it was emphasized that securing “golden keywords” like product names (MPN) and local keywords first determines success or failure.
The Core of Blog Marketing: “Automation and Repeatable Systems”
A particularly noteworthy part of this training was content automation using AI tools and programs.
The system of creating a landing page with just four prompts, automatically collecting inquiries with Google Sheets, and transforming competitor blogs into reference content in just one second shocked many representatives.
Furthermore, the instructor introduced a method for extracting “50 keywords suitable for our dealership” using GPT, along with practical application methods combining it with domestic SEO tools like Mafianet, Jarvis, and Gadget AI, making real-world implementation possible.
Practical Guide Considering the Reality of Foreign Brand Partners
Partners distributing foreign brands often face many restrictions on free marketing due to established branding guidelines or head office control. This lecture garnered attention by introducing “stealth marketing” techniques, image prompt generation, and upscaling techniques that can be utilized even within such constraints.
In addition, fundamental SEO concepts that dealerships must know, such as the concept of “blog optimization score”, methods to avoid IP conflicts, and filtering forbidden words, were carefully explained, making it accessible for everyone from beginners to practitioners. This received a lot of feedback for its practicality.
Marketing is not “Always Expensive”.
Many partners still spend 400,000 to 500,000 won to create a single landing page.
However, it is now an era where you can generate sales while reducing costs, simply with AI tools and SEO knowledge.
This training was not only for Canon dealerships,
but also an opportunity to re-examine the essence of marketing that any foreign company partner can relate to,
and it would not be an exaggeration to say that it became a starting point for real change and implementation.
