Recently in Daegu, we conducted practical training on AI-based marketing and operations automation for MICE industry professionals.
This course was structured around Google Gemini, integrating tools and processes that can be immediately applied in real work environments, and is characterized by its design as tailored practical training.

The exhibition, convention, and event industry is rapidly transitioning to a digital environment, and the practical difficulty is increasing due to factors such as competition for search exposure, increased content creation, changes in customer acquisition methods, and the burden of reporting tasks.
Despite this, the reality is that there aren’t many practical AI training programs available.

Instructors with only AI knowledge are common, but instructors who possess event operation experience, practical marketing sense, and automation building experience are rare.

Therefore, this training focused on structuring the curriculum around techniques that can be immediately applied in the field rather than complex theories. After the training, the most common feedback was, ‘We will apply this immediately within our team.’

1. Systematizing AI-Based Customer Acquisition Strategies

The core of customer acquisition is ‘securing the right target audience’.
The training covered how to design this data-centrically using AI.

– Instantly acquire industry-specific target databases using Perplexity Comet
– Set keyword strategies based on search volume and ad costs
– Structure expandable keywords with Jarvis and Mafianet
– Automatically collect Google and Facebook ads from competing exhibitions
