AI Marketing Training Review (for Canon Korea Partners)
This October, we conducted ‘Practical AI Marketing Training’ for the channel partners of global brand Canon Korea.
As the primary audience consisted of individuals involved in agencies, distributors, and field sales,
we structured the curriculum as practical, field-oriented training rather than a simple theoretical lecture.
While AI marketing might seem daunting,
the core I emphasized was ‘practical applicability focused on search’.
Specifically, the logic for top rankings on Naver and Google,
and blog SEO strategies to reduce ad spend to zero,
received enthusiastic feedback from many attendees who wanted to “try it right away”.
A memorable moment during the lecture was
when participants directly chose the topics and difficulty levels through a live survey.
Among ‘Market Research’, ‘AI Search Algorithms’, ‘Image Generation’, and ‘Product Detail Page Automation’,
the most chosen option was ‘Market Research and Top Ranking Algorithms’.
This confirmed that the essence of marketing felt in the field still revolves around ‘exposure’ and ‘sales’.
During the lecture, I also revealed the tools and routines I actually use.
For example, methods to crawl and analyze competitor ads using AI,
tips for automatically creating detail pages using Figma and Codia,
and even blog index analysis and forbidden word filtering using Ndev, Mafianet, and Gadget AI.
I focused on practical examples that can be immediately applied in real-world business.
I also conveyed the message that “AI is not merely a tool for writing,
but should be ‘an assistant that reads market data and designs strategies’.”
Beyond simple generative content,
the AI utilization method of collecting actual customer review data as PDFs
and meticulously designing prompts based on this data
was something many attendees found novel.
Personally, this lecture was also a learning experience for me.
Seeing numerous partner company representatives seriously embrace AI marketing,
and strive to apply it to their respective brands and industries,
gave me confidence that ‘AI has truly arrived in the Korean business landscape’.
Going forward, rather than just being an instructor who teaches technology,
as a practical AI marketing expert who directly connects to sales in the field,
I will deliver more in-depth curricula and solutions.
To all Canon Korea partners who shared their valuable time, thank you sincerely.
