B2b Marketing Masterclass: “Practical Skills for Overseas Buyer Sourcing” (Korea International Trade Association)

I would like to introduce the <B2B Marketing Masterclass>, which achieved the most rewarding results among the lectures I recently conducted.
This lecture was held as an encore in the second half of the year, following the first half.
In particular, it achieved high satisfaction, receiving 4.9 out of 5 points in the lecture evaluations.

In the initial first-half training, there were some regrettable aspects due to a lack of experience in association lectures.
This time, however, we improved it by incorporating feedback received so far.

We emphasized practical methods that students can immediately apply in their work.
To provide meticulous individual support, I invited a former team member as an assistant instructor, and we intensively cared for 10 students each.

In this lecture, tailored to the diverse backgrounds and needs of the students, we adopted “open-mindedness” and “practical application” as core themes.
A diverse range of attendees participated, from overseas sales managers of SMEs to practitioners familiar with digital marketing, and even CEOs starting new businesses.
Everyone showed great interest in the practical content that could be immediately applied to their work.

Traditionally, overseas buyer sourcing has been offline-centric.
Therefore, introducing digital marketing tools and the latest trends might have been somewhat unfamiliar.
However, judging that an open mind to actively embrace new methods is important, we shared practical application methods through various marketing tools popular both domestically and internationally, along with hands-on practice.
