Customer Experience Management Lecture – Latest Customer Management Techniques and CDP Basic Training (KOTRA)
Last week, we conducted a <Customer Experience Management lecture> at KOTRA regarding Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Recently, data and AI technologies are being rapidly applied across all industries, and changes are particularly prominent in the CRM marketing field.
Therefore, this training primarily focused on the latest marketing trends utilizing customer data and practical application methods of CDP.
Customer Data Platform (CDP) may seem difficult, but in fact, it can be understood as an evolved form of CRM.
In the past, customer data was stored on internal company PCs, but now it can be accessed anytime, anywhere through cloud-based platforms.
In particular, today’s CDP is differentiated by its ability to analyze customer behavioral data in real-time, which traditional CRM could not collect.
While previous CRM systems primarily handled basic information such as customer names and contact details,
CDP analyzes behavioral patterns, click history, etc., on websites, enabling more sophisticated personalized marketing.
In the training, methods for predicting customer needs and designing customized marketing through such data analysis were explained in detail.
Furthermore, by using analytical tools like Microsoft Clarity, customer behavioral data can be easily visualized, and through this, the needs of specific customers can be identified.
Through several demonstrations, a new perspective on “data marketing” was introduced.
By utilizing this, customer satisfaction can be significantly increased by providing personalized content.
This lecture not only provided theoretical explanations but also real-world cases and practical tips that can be immediately applied in practice, which resulted in high satisfaction among the participants.
