
Marketing Automation Training for Buyer Discovery (KOTRA Northern Regional Office)
This time, after a long while, I’d like to share some news about external training.
I’ve been invited as a marketing lecturer for the KOTRA Northern Support Group‘s <Visiting KOTRA Briefing Session: Buyer Discovery Tips Using Digital Platforms> event, which they hold every year.
Just a few years ago, I couldn’t even bring up “marketing automation” in marketing lectures for KOTRA member companies, where an unspecified number of people attended.
This was because it was difficult to implement marketing automation in overseas marketing due to national barriers.
However, the situation has changed significantly these days. Marketing automation and CRM marketing are widely spreading globally, and software is becoming more sophisticated.
Also, when delivering messages to customers, it’s no longer just about sending emails.
With the launch of global text messaging services like API PLEX, the barriers between countries are gradually lowering.
In this training, I focused on teaching methods for discovering overseas buyers using global platforms,
and for the remaining time, I introduced ways to implement marketing automation in global marketing.
