
Performing Arts Data Management Training (Arts Management Support Center)
The CRM Marketing Training, which toured the country for nearly a month, recently concluded successfully.
This training focused on the collection and management of performing arts data, a field closely related to marketing automation.
However, there is currently a lack of specialized training curricula in this area in Korea.
I majored in performing arts at university,
and thanks to my subsequent experience operating a related business in Korea using “HubSpot”, I was able to participate as the main instructor for this training.
Additionally, my experience consulting on customer data systems at KOTRA was also very helpful for the training.
Especially in the public sector, security processing is the most crucial factor when building IT systems.
Building servers directly has many limitations, and even when adopting cloud solutions, security certification is essential.
Due to these environmental constraints, the public sector faces many difficulties in adopting high-performance overseas solutions.
Despite these realities, this training provided an opportunity to share domestic and international data marketing trends and insights.
The first “CRM Marketing Training”, held in four cities nationwide, took place in Seoul, Daejeon, Busan, and Gangneung,
and many people participated.
The training received great feedback for its practical content, including a basic understanding of performing arts data marketing, how to utilize CRM data, data collection and analysis through surveys, and marketing strategy development.
