6th, after the Chuseok holiday, I delivered the \u201c2023 MICE Performance Marketing Course\u201d over two days.<br\/>This course, organized by &lt;Korea MICE Association&gt;, allowed for thorough preparation due to ample lead time.<br\/><br\/>The MICE industry has undergone significant changes.<br\/>Previously, most events were held on-site, but due to restrictions on offline events during the COVID-19 pandemic,<br\/>many events were replaced by online conferences or conducted as hybrid events combining online and offline formats.<br\/>Consequently, the demand for digital marketing has steadily grown in both the MICE and PCO fields.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"&#xC774;&#xB860;&#xACFC;-&#xC2E4;&#xC2B5;&#xC744;-&#xACB8;&#xBE44;&#xD558;&#xC5EC;-&#xC900;&#xBE44;-&#xD560;-&#xC218;-&#xC788;&#xC5C8;&#xB358;-&#xAD50;&#xC721;\"><strong>A Course Prepared with both Theory and Practical Application.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>A key feature of this course was the opportunity to experience both theory and practical application.<br\/>The limitation of training conducted for a general audience is the lack of practical exercises that can be applied to real-world tasks.<br\/>Corporate lectures for practitioners are designed from the outset to improve practical skills, allowing for immediate real-world improvements after consultation.<br\/><br\/>However, institutional lectures often focus on delivering insights, making it challenging to apply what&#8217;s learned directly to practical work.<br\/>This course, however, focused on insights into <a href=\"https:\/\/marketingmm.co.kr\/blog\/%ea%b5%ac%ea%b8%80-seo\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/marketingmm.co.kr\/blog\/&#xAD6C;&#xAE00;-seo\/\">Google SEO<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/marketingmm.co.kr\/blog\/%ea%b5%ac%ea%b8%80-seo\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/marketingmm.co.kr\/blog\/&#xAD6C;&#xAE00;-seo\/\">Naver Blog Marketing<\/a> on the first day,<br\/>and on the second day, the training centered on <a href=\"https:\/\/marketingmm.co.kr\/blog\/%ec%b4%88%eb%b3%b4%ec%9e%90-%ec%9c%a0%ed%8a%9c%eb%b8%8c-%ea%b5%90%ec%9c%a1\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/marketingmm.co.kr\/blog\/&#xCD08;&#xBCF4;&#xC790;-&#xC720;&#xD29C;&#xBE0C;-&#xAD50;&#xC721;\/\">Google Ads training<\/a> for practical application, thus providing a curriculum that allowed participants to experience both theory and real-world practice.<br\/><br\/>For SEO, practical application is limited if you don&#8217;t have an active Naver blog or WordPress site.<br\/>However, since anyone can easily create a Google Ads account, we enhanced practical understanding by adding a curriculum that involved actually setting up YouTube and search ads.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" training was delivered separately, focusing on practical know-how for professionals and job search\/pre-learning strategies for job seekers.<br\/>Fortunately, since the participants were somewhat divided, there were no major difficulties in conducting the training.<br\/>It seemed that those who were concurrently working in the field were more actively engaged in the overall
