and was designed to share specific, practical strategies that can be immediately applied in the early stages of a startup.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Highly Engaging Session&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Even before the lecture began, the classroom was already filled with entrepreneurs who had arrived early.<br\/>Although their business items varied, they all shared a common concern: \u201cHow can we promote our brand?\u201d<br\/><br\/>Therefore, this special lecture was structured not by simply listing theories, but by focusing on <strong>methods immediately actionable in the field<\/strong>.<br\/>In particular, the response from the audience was enthusiastic in the following three parts:<br\/><br\/><strong>Competitor Analysis and Ad Data Interpretation<\/strong> \u2013 How to understand the actual marketing flow of competitors<br\/><strong>AI Automation System<\/strong> \u2013 A method for automatically generating content by linking ChatGPT and Airtable<br\/><strong>Brand Positioning Strategy<\/strong> \u2013 A practical exercise in redefining a brand from a customer perspective<br\/><br\/>I felt the greatest reward as an instructor when participants nodded their heads and said, \u201cI can apply this to my brand right away.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Session that Showcased the Passion of Daejeon&#8217;s Young Entrepreneurs&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Young entrepreneurs from various industries participated in this lecture.<br\/>Although their fields varied\u2014including health functional foods, content creation, education, and manufacturing\u2014they all shared a common passion for &#8216;creating their own brand.&#8217;<\/p>\n\n<p>There was also active questioning.<br\/>\u201cIs it possible to attract customers without advertising if the budget is limited?\u201d<br\/>\u201cWhere should we start if we want to actually apply AI to our company&#8217;s work?\u201d<br\/>For each of these questions, I provided practical guidance based on real-world cases I had implemented.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>In 2026, Market with &#8216;Data,&#8217; not &#8216;Intuition&#8217;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>The single message emphasized throughout the lecture was:<br\/><strong>\u201cMarketing is about data, not intuition.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Many entrepreneurs make marketing decisions based on intuition or gut feeling, but data-driven decision-making ultimately determines the survival rate of a business.<br\/><br\/>Everything, from search data and customer journey analysis to content exposure efficiency, must be explained with numbers.<br\/>To illustrate this, I demonstrated through a live presentation how AI tools and automation systems can be integrated.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>In Closing&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Personally, this lecture was special.<br\/>Spending time with passionate young entrepreneurs in Daejeon, a city close to my hometown, gave me even greater inspiration.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cThanks to today\u2019s lecture, the direction I need to take has become clear.\u201d<br\/>\u201cMy previously vague understanding of marketing has now become concretely defined.\u201d<br\/>Every time I heard such feedback, I was reminded that education can be more than just knowledge transfer;
