Concluding the Korea MICE Association Seoul-Type Digital MICE Course Marketing Education…

This time, I participated as an instructor for the Seoul-Type Digital MICE Course organized by the Korea MICE Association. This engagement came through a referral from the person in charge after my previous MICE Performance Marketing lecture, so I approached it with a positive mindset.
However, as I have primarily conducted training for entrepreneurs and practitioners, this particular session left much to be desired in terms of difficulty level. Considering that most participants were interns just starting their professional lives and junior professionals balancing work and study, I believe it would have been more effective to teach basic marketing communication methods or simple tool operations rather than high-level marketing insights and practical training.
The curriculum initially proposed was practical Google Ads training, but it was adjusted to an easier curriculum considering the difficulty level. Nevertheless, since it still included practical content, it seems there were challenging aspects for the participants.
Still, the overall flow was not bad because it followed the curriculum of the digital marketing lecture conducted at the Gyeongbuk Tourism Enterprise Support Center, which had received the highest scores in past lecture evaluations. However, personally, I felt there was much to be desired in terms of leading the lecture with captivating engagement.
As the number of lectures increases and the target audience diversifies, I find myself contemplating more about adjusting the difficulty level rather than seeking new insights these days.
