
What Topics Were Covered in the Overseas Expansion Support Program?
This program was made possible by the strong initiative of the Dongguk University Overseas Expansion Support Program manager, who had a strong need for an “Overseas Expansion Support Program”.
Before the program, they detailed the challenges current companies are facing via phone.
Considering the still-lacking understanding of digital marketing, I was asked if I could deliver a lecture compressing only the concentrated “essence” into about an hour.
Actually, since I focus on data and technology-based marketing, it might feel a bit difficult for those who are new to digital marketing.
However, at its core, at a time like now, when the development of “big data” and “artificial intelligence” is rapidly unfolding, I thought it was also important to convey the essence of marketing strategies utilizing technology.
Therefore, I selected only the content deemed truly important from the curriculum that previously took 2-3 hours and conducted the program.
The content highlighted in the lecture was thoroughly selected based on past cases.
Fortunately, since I had many previous experiences lecturing on marketing for startups and SMEs, I selected only the parts that received the best response from the curriculum conducted at KOTRA training and Gyeonggi FTA Trade Promotion Center Marketing Training.

An Intensive Program that Delivered both “Insights” and “Application Cases” within an Hour
This program was not a lecture for a large audience but a core training session for CEOs who are actively operating businesses.
Therefore, after explaining practical know-how, I introduced real-world cases that could be applied to businesses.
Thanks to the program manager’s appropriate questions and feedback, which ensured a smooth flow between theoretical education and case studies, I was able to conduct a quite dynamic program.
